Prohibited Activities

• Sending, transmitting, or receiving any illegal content that violates applicable national, local, or international laws.
• Engaging in DDoS attacks, hacking, unauthorized access attempts, or any other malicious activities that could harm our network or other users.
• Accessing torrents or using torrent applications, which can overload our optimized servers and impact service quality for other users.
• Participating in spamming activities of any kind. Spamming is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination.
• Posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, harmful, harassing, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
• Sharing or redistributing your VPNHack account with another individual. Each account is licensed for use by a single user only.
• Exceeding the maximum connection limit. Free accounts allow up to 2 simultaneous connections, while Premium accounts have their own specified limits.
• Uploading, downloading, reproducing, posting, or distributing any content protected by copyright or other proprietary rights without explicit permission from the content owner.

No Warranty

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VPNHack makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

The optimization features in our service are designed to enhance performance but do not guarantee any specific outcomes. Connection speeds, reliability, and availability may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VPNHack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Service Limitations

• Our optimized servers reset at 00:00 & 12:00 (GMT+7) daily to ensure optimal performance.
• Free accounts have bandwidth and usage limitations that may affect performance during peak hours.
• VPNHack reserves the right to temporarily limit or restrict service during maintenance periods or unexpected technical issues.
• While our technology optimizes connections and server loads, performance may vary based on your location, internet service provider, and network conditions.

Content Ownership and Distribution

All content provided on VPNHack website is hosted on our private optimized servers. The VPNHack name, logo, and all related branding elements are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Redistribution or dissemination of our content without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. If we discover our content on unauthorized websites, we will take appropriate action, including reporting such websites as content theft to DMCA and Google.
